Navigating Social Media during Covid-19

Overwhelmingly, the most popular question I’ve received lately is “what should I be posting on social media right now?”
You can’t afford to stop marketing or selling, and that includes posting on social media.
Apollo Clinic did the same!

Firstly, they thought of standing beside their doctors!
The doctors were stressed and worried about them. Apollo Clinic provided them safe and sanitized chambers in the clinic to deal with their patients. Their staffs maintained all the covid norms properly and serve their patients and doctors.



Apollo Clinic is famous for their Dental Department.
These are situations that require immediate attention to relieve severe pain and/or risk of infection. But Dental clinic were meant to be closed in several zones, so Apollo Clinic had it open for emergencies only.
Prevention is better than cure
In 2020, the Covid-19 pandemic led to a prolonged exposure to stress. Fear, worry, and anxiety were normal responses to perceived or real threats, and at times when we were faced with uncertainty or the unknown.So, Apollo Clinic, Newtown started counselling sessions for our mental health.



Advisory Marketing through Social Media
Social Media Stories are the easiest way to reach your client. Apollo Clinic created a new hashtag - #LetsBeResponsible and used it for all the social media creatives to maintain consistancy.
Apollo Clinic, Newtown started a campaign #HealthCareHero to show gratitude and appriciation towards their employees who were working relentlessly in that worse situation
